Vakantiepark "de Heigraaf" has in cooperation with "Sjaak Kalfsbeek Installatietechniek" the following proposal for you regarding inspection & maintenance of the gas installation of your chalet or mobile home. It concerns two options depending on which equipment is installed in your chalet or mobile home

Maintenance will be performed during the winter season and involves the following:

option 1

Kitchen geyser maintenance/check
Gas heater maintenance/check
Checking of gas hose and bleeding of gas lines incl. check stove.

option 2

Maintenance/control combination boiler with efficiency calculation
Checking of gas system, gas hose and hot-pressing of gas lines incl. check stove.

Price €95.

Including call-out costs, labor and VAT
Excluding repair costs and any necessary parts i.o.

As of April 1, 2023, the new Quality Assurance Act came into effect. Therefore, there is a new standard to inspect boilers for safety. This new standard requires additional assemblies to be performed on all boilers that do not meet the standard.

Each boiler needs the following to positively complete a safety inspection:

- All flue drains must be braced with at least one storm bracket;

- each boiler must have a flue gas measurement point.

- installation instructions must be present with the device

Some of you have already had storm braces applied.

If a boiler does not meet the standard, the safety inspection cannot be satisfied and the boiler will be rejected. All boilers must be provided with this at maintenance.

We are not allowed to do maintenance if it is not put in order.

The owner of a home/chalet is required to ensure that the property meets building code requirements.
