Gas System Inspection & Maintenance 2026–2027
Vacation park "de Heigraaf" has in cooperation with "Sjaak Kalfsbeek Installatietechniek" the following proposal for you regarding inspection & maintenance of the gas installation of your chalet or mobile home. It concerns two options depending on which equipment is installed in your chalet or mobile home.
Maintenance will be performed during the winter season.
Option 1 consists of the maintenance and inspection of the geyser in the kitchen, the gas stove, the gas hose and the bleeding of the gas lines. The cooktop is also checked.
Option 2 is intended for installations with a combination boiler. Here, the boiler is serviced and checked, including an efficiency calculation. In addition, the gas system, gas hose and cooktop are checked, and the pipes are pressure-tested.
Cost
The price for both options is €115. This includes travel expenses, labor, and VAT. Any repair costs or necessary parts are not included in this price and will be carried out only after consultation.
Safety standards
Maintenance is performed in accordance with current safety requirements, and the work is carried out safely and professionally by a certified installer.

The key to the accommodation must be available at the reception. Maintenance is carried out collectively and takes place on occasion, depending on the mechanic's schedule.
Therefore, it is not possible to make an individual appointment.
