Looking for a special hospitality challenge in the recreation industry?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced 'hospitality duo'!
The park is located on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug on the edge of the Gelderse Vallei. On our park guests can camp or stay in one of the rental accommodations. There are also many guests who enjoy a seasonal pitch at De Heigraaf.

Out of season, we host various (wedding) parties, meetings and other events in "Eeterij de Deel" and our hall "the Feesterij".

The Eeterij can accommodate about 50 guests inside and about 70 guests outside. The Feesterij has a flexible room capacity of between 70 and 650 people
As a 'Hospitality Duo' you will ensure that the catering facilities run smoothly and contribute to a fantastic experience for the guests.

What will you do?
The hospitality duo position consists of a hospitality manager (full-time) and a hospitality employee (part-time). The hours, possible combinations in tasks are negotiable.

The duties as a Hospitality Manager (full-time) mainly consist of: 

• As Horeca-Manager you make sure that the experience of our guests is central. You are the face and point of contact and ensure that everything from A to Z runs smoothly.
• You will be responsible for catering various events at Eeterij de Deel and the Feesterij. This could be a business meeting, but also a wedding, anniversary party or company outing.
• You have an overview, you direct when things get busy, but you also roll up your sleeves yourself.
• Realize for proper staffing.
• Manage inventory and orders.
• Working shifts on holidays, evenings and weekends on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Miscellaneous organizational work.
• Any other occurring work at the park.

• You have experience in the hospitality industry
• You possess a driver's license.
• You are available to work 38 hours per week. You live no more than 25 km from Woudenberg and or are willing to relocate for your job
• You can handle computer systems and have some administrative experience
• At least an MBO or college education

The duties as a Hospitality Employee (part-time) mainly consist of:

•  As a hospitality employee, you will make sure the kitchen and bar are "running like clockwork.
• Together with the Hospitality Manager, you will ensure that The Eatery and Feesterij is a nice place for guests.
• Besides preparing the food, preparing the catering, you will also help during a meeting or (wedding) party.
• Various cleaning duties in the Deel and Feesterij.
