What should I do before leaving my residence?
You must leave the accommodation neat and clean yourself so that we can return the deposit to you. The cleaning list can be found in your accommodation.

Can I bring my dog(s)?
No, all of our accommodations are pet free. Therefore, your dog will not be allowed during your stay at the park.
From what age may you rent accommodation?
On vacation park the Heigraaf you may rent an accommodation from 21 years and older. It is not possible to rent an accommodation as a group.
From what time is the accommodation available?
You are welcome to enter the accommodation from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. You can check in at the reception to receive the key and further information. On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation before 10:00 a.m., you can hand in the key at the reception.
What are the rates for gas, water and electricity?
Rates for 2026: Gas: €4.60 per cubic meter Water: €3.75 per cubic meter Electricity: €0.54 per kilowatt hour
Is a fire pit allowed at the holiday park?
The use of a fire pit is permitted under certain conditions. For example, the fire pit must stand on high legs and have an iron base plate. For more information, please refer to the park regulations. In addition, during prolonged periods of drought, it is important that you first check with reception to see if the fire pit may be lit.
What kind of material may I put under my awning?
When laying the ground sheet, the sheet must protrude a maximum of 30 cm outside the tent. In addition, there is a maximum ground area for caravan with awning that may be used, this varies by type of pitch and can be found on the price list.
May I sow grass seed on my seasonal plot?
Yes this is allowed, grass seed can be arranged through the reception to be sown on your pitch.
How big is my pitch?
All pitches at the vacation park average 100m2. There are deluxe comfort pitches that are extra spacious from 200m2 to 300m2.
