Is youth camping/group camping possible?
Camping with groups & young people is only possible on request (via www.heigraaf.nl/groepsaanvraag) and under certain conditions. They pay a deposit and an amount per person per night, this includes access to the Henschotermeer lake via personal passes. Please inquire at the reception.
Is it possible to arrive on Sunday?
No, with us Sunday is not an arrival day.
I am coming to camp and have booked a deluxe pitch, what does that mean?
A luxury pitch means that in addition to the electricity connection, the pitch has its own water tap, drainage and CAI connection.
How big is my pitch?
All pitches at the vacation park average 100m2. There are deluxe comfort pitches that are extra spacious from 200m2 to 300m2.
Do I need coins for the shower?
Yes, for the showers you need €0.50 coins. At the reception you can exchange money or if necessary use debit cards.
What time may I arrive & until when may I stay (pitch)?
On a pitch you can arrive from 2 p.m. and leave before noon. Would you like to stay longer or arrive earlier? This is possible at an additional cost subject to availability. Ask at the reception for the possibilities. Reservations until Sunday can only be booked with departure after 12:00 pm.
How do I register a lodger?
When your visitors stay overnight or a tenant* uses your accommodation, you are required to register them.
