I have booked a pitch at the vacation park, but I would like to cancel. Is that possible?

Regarding the costs resulting from a cancellation of a reservation, we apply the Recron conditions:
- For cancellation up to three months before the effective date 15% of the agreed price.
- If canceled up to two months before the effective date 50% of the agreed price.
- If canceled up to one month before the effective date, 75% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price.
- For cancellation on the day, or after the day of the effective date 100% of the agreed price.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance with us. If you have your own cancellation insurance, you can inquire with the respective insurance company to claim the above costs.
