I have booked a pitch at the vacation park, but I would like to cancel. Is that possible?

Regarding the costs resulting from a cancellation of a reservation, we apply the Recron conditions:

 - For cancellation up to three months before the start date 15% of the agreed price.

- For cancellation up to two months before the start date 50% of the agreed price.

- For cancellation up to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price.

- For cancellation within one month before the start date 90% of the agreed price.

- For cancellation on the day, or after the day of the start date 100% of the agreed price.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with us. If you have your own cancellation insurance, you can inquire with the respective insurance company to claim the above costs.
